Parade Invitation

An invitation from the Parade Committee to march with us on Saturday, September 5, 2026.

To all Fire Companies, Ladies Auxiliaries, Bands, Drum Corps, Community Groups, and owners of Antique and Vintage Apparatus:

For nearly 90 years the Boonton Fire Department has marched its Labor Day Weekend inspection and parade, and 2026 marks our 135th Anniversary. On behalf of the officers and members of the department, you are cordially invited to join us in the line of march.

The parade is the centerpiece of our Labor Day Weekend Carnival, held September 3–6, 2026 at the Boonton High School Field, 306 Lathrop Ave. Apparatus judging takes place on the morning of the parade, the parade steps off at 1:30 PM, and trophies are presented that afternoon. Spectators are welcome all along the route.

We would be honored to have your company represented. Please return your reply sheet as early as you can so the Committee can plan the line of march — and let us know either way, whether or not you are able to attend.
